Vital. Original. Bold. A live performance of HOME, a work-in-progress pitch for a contemporary feature film.
HOME is a multi generational dance musical about three young homeless people who meet on the streets of Bristol. It has been researched in Gloucester and Bristol and is being pitched and developed in the UK and Hollywood. Director Marc Jobst (The Witcher, Daredevil, The Punisher, Hannibal, Jupiter’s Legacy) will be joined by the team of beatbox/rap lyricists, screenwriters and choreographers for a visceral immersion into the rhythm, rhyme, music and movement that fuel the story.
Afterwards there will be an open discussion about the project, the process of pitching an idea, going from pitch to commission, from commission to production and production to distribution.
Film making in process - raw, intense, passionate and navigating the uncertain waters of the film industry. A Stroud Film Festival event.
Tickets: £5 from SVA /£6 online
