I’m a baker, food equality champion, and co-founder of community restaurant The Long Table CIC.

My wife Anna and I opened Hobbs House Bakery in Nailsworth, which is also where we live with our four children. I loved being one half of the fabulous baker brothers that ran on C4 and globally on Discovery for 3 seasons.
