Zoe Benbow: Doorstep Wilderness, Artists Discussion

  • SVA 4, John Street, Stroud Glos United Kingdom (map)

Zoe Benbow will be talking about her latest body of work, the inspiration she finds in using trees as her constant motif and they can became a symbol of  'accessing wildness' on our doorstep.

We will also be joined by Madeleine Bunting, writer and journalist who is working with neighbours to try and protect Juniper Hill Fields, near Painswick which is part of the last remaining 1.2% of limestone grassland in the Cotswolds.  We will  discuss how art can motivate us and how artists can take a pivotal role in raising awareness of environmental campaigns to preserve our countryside.

Open to everyone. Donations welcome. Just to turn up. We would love to see you!
